Farm
Andrew - The Farmer and Director of The Store. Andrew has an entrepreneurial spirit and came up with the idea of the Store with sister Susan and wife Debbie. Andrew and father George, work the farm along with Brian, and also manages the Store Aberdeen team.
George - George has been farming since nineteen oatcake and cares passionately about farming. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Agricultural industry in Scotland, and offers a wealth of knowledge to staff and customers alike.
Brian - Local lad started working on the farm at a tender age during the harvests, he is now fulltime. Brian often can been seen around the shop at Foveran a man of many talents!
Butchery
Grant - How can someone so young have so much experience! Originally from Fife where his family have butchery in their blood. A self confessed foodie, he is the Jamie Oliver of the butchery - sorted
Sonny - (Ian) Has been in the trade for more years than his face shows. We are introducing him to a few of the markets so look out for him and ask for a deal...He has always got the banter!
Kitchen
Michael - Our kilted chef - while not in the kitchen preparing our fantastic readymade meals he can be seen playing his bag pipes. Not bad for someone south of the border!
The Store Foveran
Pat - Pat is the matriarch of the Booth family and is passionate about high quality food and cooking. The Store team love learning about food and new recipes from Pat who somehow manages to combine: working at the Store Foveran; running luxury farmhouse B&B; regularly having dinner parties and cooking for the family; and a spot of childminding for the grandchildren!
Joanna - the latest addition to the team and the new face of the shop. Joanna is originally from the Black Isle has a farming background and still has a small flock of pedigree sheep. Returning from London after having a couple of years in the Dorchester the natural progression is to come to The Store.
Anne - our original team member Anne has been with us from the beginning, Anne has a perfect way with customers and is very knowledgeable about food especially as she lived in Malaysia for a number of years
Office
Debbie - Debs is the farmer's wife and the finance director of The Store. Debs juggles the farm and shop accounts with being a mother. Who says women cannot multi task. When not pureeing veggies for Florrie and Spencer, Debs likes to cook Aberdeen Angus roasts with a well deserved glass of red!
Isabel - Our local accounts assistant helps translate to Sandra any of our local suppliers she cannot understand as well as doing a power of work within the cabin. Isabel also makes a mean cup of tea
